Payment and Cancellation Information
Please review these terms before confirming a direct reservation.
Payment Schedule
50% of the total booking amount is due when the reservation is made.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
50% of paid prepayments is refundable when the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before arrival.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Security Deposit
A security-deposit pre-authorization is placed at arrival and is normally released within 5 days after departure, provided no chargeable damage is identified.
The applicable amount is shown during the booking process.
